[Vol. 1] has subtitle: The First Book, Contayninge a Very Lively and True Description of the Flowers of the Springe. [Vol. 2] has subtitle: The Second Book, Contayninge a Very Lively and True Description of the Flowers of the Summer, Autumn and Winter. Translated from the Latin by Spencer Savage. Book 1 published first in 1614, at Utrecht; book 2 in 1616-1617 at Arnhem. Edition limited to 30 copies on Arnold hand-made paper, numbered I-XXX, and to 500 copies on mould-made paper. Limitation note in Book 1 states 50 copies numbered I-L; errata slip tipped to correct the error. References: Hunt App. 37. This work includes reprints of engravings by Crispin Van de Passe from an original published in 1615.
