Drag C.

The velocity of D is the same as the velocity of C rotated 90o. The velocity of G is the same as the velocity of C rotated 90o the other way. Therefore the velocities of D and G are the same magnitude but in opposite directions. Therefore the midpoint of DG remains constant.
